All of our Fall Programs are now up on our new member information system! Online registration for our programs can all be done in the comfort of your home for the first time.

Everyone can all access program listings and register for programs through the new online system IVRNET, and this is the direct link: https://central.ivrnet.com/mahogany

It can also be accessed through the website www.mahoganyhoa.com and then click on the “member login” button.

First time users of IVRNET, Copperfield residents or the General Public will need to ‘create a new user’ profile in IVRNET if you’ve never had an account in IVRNET before. In order for CMCA members to get the discount, you will then need to contact the HOA office in person or by calliong 403-453-1221 ext.8, or by email at programs@mahoganyhoa.com with proof of your CMCA membership and HOA will set your “role” as a CMCA member and you will automatically receive the 10% discount to any programs.

Proof of your CMCA membership can be an email confirmation to programs@mahoganyhoa.com with a photo of your CMCA membership card or the electronic membership card you received from the CMCA office, or present your card in person at the Beach Club.

This is a one-time set-up for your profile, and you can then register for programs on your own after that for the remaining membership year (CMCA renews every July). To continue to get the CMCA discount in future years, CMCA members must update their member number and expiry date each year with the HOA office.
